If you and Claro Estates do not resolve any Dispute by informal negotiation, any further steps to resolve the Dispute will be taken by binding arbitration only as described in this clause before all Disputes are litigated in court before a judge. The dispute is settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Egyptian commercial arbitration. The majority party bears all legal, accounting and other costs, fees and expenses incurred by the dominant party.
